Returns & Refunds Policy
At Rainbow Smile, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the date your order was delivered. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a return or refund.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must be in its original, sealed packaging
- The item must be accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., your order confirmation or receipt)
Items that are damaged, opened, or returned without original packaging may not be accepted and will be sent back to you at your expense.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Any item marked as final sale at the time of purchase
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective item or an error on our part. In those cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no charge to you.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return. Rainbow Smile is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during the return process.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
