At Rainbow Smile, we want your order to arrive quickly and safely. Please review the information below to understand how we process and ship your orders.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing times may be longer during peak seasons, holidays, or promotional events. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Carriers

We ship orders using trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier selected for your order will depend on your location, package size, and the shipping method chosen at checkout.

Domestic Delivery Timeframes

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times within the United States are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (where available)

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or other factors outside our control may affect your delivery date.
